Civil Collective was founded with the goal "To resource and amplify community-led solutions, trusting local leaders to drive change." We believe the most effective solutions to poverty and injustice already exist — they’re just underfunded. Our Small Grants Program moves $500 to $1,000 directly to community-led groups who are doing the work, every day. What We Fund; Grassroots groups and local leaders tackling issues their communities define as urgent: Basic dignity: Food security, clean water, shelter, health accessJustice + inclusion: Women’s rights, disability advocacy, land protection, peacebuilding Local resilience: Education, livelihoods, climate adaptation, youth organizingWe fund what’s already happening, not what we think should happen. If a community trusts it, we do too.
